[JS + OpenLayers] One page webapp with georeferenced data on a map

Hi Devs, i need a one page app which associates an image and a series of information to a specific point on the map, using GPS coordinates. This webapp will be in pure HTML + CSS + JavaScript, only allowed libraries are OpenLayers and jQuery. This is the key function: > Show a dynamic image carousel > Function to add a colored square on the image (and save the image) > Function to add a pin on satellite map and associate current image and other info to this pin > Import data from JSON > Export data from JSON Attached you can find the mockups.
