Simple Web Image Editor

We are building a web based intranet system where we manage our users. The problem we have is that users are submitting identity document images that are not properly trimmed, zoomed or rotated. Images need to fit as best possible into container and currently there is a lot of wasted space which makes the identity document hard to read and verify. We need a solution with the following characteristics 1) Jquery/Javascript based 2) When called opens a modal on top of the caller page 3) it displays the image that is passed as parameter (URL) to the widget in the container 4) it has tools to rotate, resize and trim (as minimum) 5) it has a button to SAVE/UPDATE and another to CANCEL 6) when SAVE then a new Image is created and stored to Firebase, Public URL is returned to caller (we will provide connection string and path for storing this) With this tool, our backend operators can "update" the image with a properly sized image. The script we are asking takes care of the image manipulation and with the return we can update our database. You are allowed to use a Commercial Plugin, but what we need is help with the implementation and the cost needs to be included in the proposal.
