The activities specific to this module includes creation of tenders, publishing of tender, opening of bid documents and submission by subscribers. Project has also a CMS to manage all the content of the project. The role based logins would be possible with digital signatures only. Login will be two step verification process. First with password and user id, second with digital signature/token. Users can subscribe/unsubscribe to the organization tender information. Like updates and new releases. Detail of the user that downloads the tender document from website. Location and IP address of downloader will be stored for analytical purposes of admin. The module has login based permissions and access. It means one user can’t access or remove/update the information registered by organization user. Also some of the screens or facilities in the modules are extended as per the roles. One level design and Database schema is provided. Technology: ASP.Net Webforms Database: MSSql Server 2017
