using react, redux and formik only!!! pass props which change state of modal window to and from formik to the parent component

i need to connect formik submit button to the state of modal window, so after submitting the form, the data is processed(this is alrady done) , and then when certin condition is reached (this is done too), it would trigger change of the state of modal window. Apparently it is possible using withformik api, but i cannot get it working. please note that modal window and formik form (plus its component) are in different files. please apply only, if you know how to do it using formik, react and redux. i am not interested in any other solutins. thank you
