Full task Description:
We are looking for a data-driven Klaviyo Email / SMS Specialist who is passionate about increasing customer repeat purchases, customer loyalty, segmentation for a men's clothing online store. This is NOT a graphic designer task, we do have a designer team who can help you, but this is a Klaviyo specialist task who will be handling the below responsibilities:
- Incorporate Content Marketing into triggered, and batch email sends
- Coordinate the planning and execution of email flows and campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to create offers, build marketing calendars, deploy email and SMS campaigns and automation.
- Measure and analyze email campaign results and make recommendations for improvement
- Identify target audiences and grow email lists, split lists & segments into sub-lists
- Monitor the catalog integration, best performing products, Measure CPA, set up, test, and analyze the performance of offers and promotions
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Structure the setup of landing pages and product attributes in preparation for email and site-wide promotions
- Manage the setup of product giveaways and sweepstakes
- Test and analyze performance and engagement of content within emails
- Appropriately analyze the email list and purge accordingly.
- Research our customers’ lifecycles and how they interact with our brand to understand the best ways to reach them via email
- Manage SMS & push notification programs by scheduling, analyzing & optimizing accordingly
- Plan marketing calendars to incorporate all email, SMS & push notification programs
This is a one time project, but if we are happy with the results, we will be considering you for a monthly retainer.
