Its possible to use nginx as ssl frontend -> varnish -> apache. My bid include to handle all of them, but if you will configure varnish logic by yourself the bid will be much less. Because varnish logic is compiled logic from some pseudo language and depends highly on used CMS engine and require to read manuals about varnish integration with CMS.

Well we can install Nginx instead of varnish, as varnish doesn't support ssl termination. and they don't even plan to (officially) Best, Istvan

Hi, Are you running with some kind of web panel (cPanel/Plesk) or are you running with bulk web server ? Anyway if you want to cache https via varnish, you have to install a reserve proxy on top on your web server and make an ssl offload to varnish. It's not difficult, if you want i can share a running config to you.
