( Only Experts) Integrate Netgains Stripe Magento Module to Apptha Onepagecheckout Magento

Hi, I have installed Magento Netgains Stripe Module to my AWS amazon magento [login to view URL] module is successfully installed but not compatible with Apptha Onepagecheckout Module ( i have this module for my theme) THE SOLUTION IS NOT FROM MAGENTO BACKEND - ( i could do that myself otherwise).
