Our fast growing Direct to Consumer startup requires an experienced logistics and inventory coordinator to assist us in managing our supply, shipping and fulfilment process. We work with 3pls and online inventory, logistics and order management services and the right candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role and be familiar with both strategy and the day to day tasks involved in ensuring we have enough product to meet demand and that it ships to our warehouses and then to customers in an efficient and cost effective manner. Required: - Familiarity with inventory management and fulfilment systems - Ability to work independently and solve problems - Experience with bulk international shipping via sea and air - Experience with last mile fulfilment systems and order management - Ability to contribute to building out internal procedures for inventory management and fulfilment - Strong skills in learning new software suites and an understanding of process automation - Highly Fluent in English, both spoken and written - Able to work with a team in an Australian Timezone This is an exciting role with the potential for long term full time work for the right candidate.
