Create a LOGO for my fitness business!

I am an online fitness trainer looking for someone to re-create a sick logo for me. I have some pictures of myself but I wan to be re-created as more of a superhero type. I use the colors red and black and grey and white. I want it to be badass with a little bit of a feminine side to it.
The picture of me in black: I like my stance in this, I want this stance but no hat.
The red picture: I want to be wearing more of a black sports bra with red shorts
Then i want a sign or logo at the bottom saying "Drachnik FIT - Online Fitness Coach" in like banner form or maybe use a dumbbell or a weight as the banner? Like the third picture of me with my arm up.
I like dark red, black, grey and white maybe with some blue!
I want it to be a cool vector, illustrator, cartoon style - see my friend mavericks logo! Obviously don't copy that but I enjoy that.
