From your description of the problem, I understand that you have a nine class classification problem using a 36-dimensional feature of the player. I think that CNN is not the right fit here. Please try a multi-layer perception (MLP) with appropriate normalization, activation at the output (maybe 4 layers would suffice for 27k data points). If you are still getting low accuracy, Please share your CSV file. I can give a code for training and testing using google colab. -Achuth
