We run a successful online organic super food store. We are looking for someone professional and reliable who we can train to answer customer phone calls.
We will fully train you in magento, super foods and what to say to customers. We also expect you to do your own research regularly to improve your own knowledge.

- Placing orders for customers online
- Assisting customers with order tracking
- Assist customers with product questions
- Take messages for other staff members
There is approximately 6 - 10 calls a day. You are to charge us in 15 minute increments and keep track of all call start and end times.
Additional work available in future for the right person.
100% fluent English is imperative. You also need to be able as a minimum between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Time).
An interest in nutrition is a bonus. You must have a reliable internet connection.
