Personal Life Assistant

I'm looking for a personal assistant to help me in my day to day life, with tasks such as :
Researching professional service providers
(example: finding a good barber)
Scheduling professional services
(example: setup barber appointment)
Shopping research
(example: where to find and buy a specific hair cream the barber recommended)
General internet research
(example: list ideas on the best haircuts to try next time)
This job will require the signing of an NDA
ps. These are just examples. Please don't tailor your responses with information about barbers! :)
Pre-Interview Questions:
What is your general turnaround time for a task? I know this varies per task, but I'm asking for a general ballpark figure
Can you provide any examples of work you've done that would be relevant?
This is likely to be a long term arrangement. Would do you have any preferences or concerns i should know about?
I may request your services about information/tasks outside the US(example: arranging taxi service from an Airport). Do you have any concerns/questions?
What would your availability(day/time) be for tasks?
(please don't say "anytime", unless you're ok with being woken up in the dead of night for a task, like 4am! This can happen easily if I'm traveling and are in a different timezone)
