Loyalty membership programme , yearly membership , rewards , discounts and promotion ( i want full plan with 2 or 3 examples and idea ) for homeservice mobile app

I want clear full plan for yearly membership programe , want the whole idea and 2 or 3 examples to choose from ( as example : customer will pay 60$ per year .. and he should get back , cashback , or free job requests or any rewards back .. also i want the customers to do multiple requests for jobs per month .. not only getting back the cashback and thats it .. want them to be motivated to do new services .. and also want a plan to be very motivating and attracting .. as in the field of home service its veryhard to get the customers to buy such yearly membership .. so want something like buy-one get one offers .. but also dont want to compromise in the cost and profit .. as im still in the phase of linking this yearly membership plan to the feasibility study to see how its profitable .. also want plan for rewards , discount promotions for the regular customers to upscale their normal requests and also to make the higher prices services ..
