• Responsible for Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Research Analysis, Database reporting & E-mail Campaigns.
• Work with the lead generation, database management, MIS, Inside Sales teams as well as other marketing program execution teams to gather ideas for the campaigns, implement them and then track them against pre-set targets
• Researching and analyzing data on potential customers, Lead Generation, Market Research, Database Building & E-mail Campaigns
• Lead and Mentoring Business Development Team to generate Leads and keeping track of team reporting (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly basis) and, provides guidance, mentoring, and leadership to team to ensure success.

• Generate, evaluate and prioritize leads based on sales and marketing strategies.
• New campaign creation - Generate mailers/pitch/scripts etc.
