I would like to hire a Fundraising Expert

I am part of a fundraising team for a community cricket club in Sheffield. The club has grown over the last ten years based on a strong inclusive youth philosophy with performance also improving. The first team play in the top league in Yorkshire, and the club runs five teams on a Saturday and over 20 youth teams. Unfortunately the facilities have not kept up and unless the current pavilion is upgraded the club wont be allowed to continue to continue to play at the standard it currently does. If we are to continue to the development in womens and girls cricket and support for disabilities and local schools the facilities also need to be able to accommodate this diversity. We need to raise £80,000 to trigger additional grants from national cricket and local sporting bodies. The fundraising team are enthusiastic - we have developed a website and processes for people to give - but we are all busy and also need some professional help/experience to coordinate and develop the additional activities required. This is likely to be a short term engagement - July - October though this may be revised. We recognise the need to invest in fundraising if we are to maximise our return - we really need some help!
