Develop a document control database in MS Access that provides a way to organize and track electronic storage locations of files received for projects.
The tool should be specifically designed to manage data, flexible enough for data to be added on a recurring basis, searched, and retrieved in an easy-to-view format. For instance, the ability to view captured information by project number in batches by data type about the document description and destination, the document name and type, and time parameters would be most beneficial. A record of the staff that viewed or downloaded a document should be tracked.
