create a flow chart diagram. Attached is an existing flowchart. Can make flow chart based on your own convenience. Make changes as below: Please make the following changes: Far left (blue color) auto attendant script 1 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Delete Saturday Then auto attendant script 3 Saturday 8am to 12pm 4 rings then go to extension 93 IF no response in 2 minutes then goes to voicemail message Right side - Orange box Script 2: press 1(Sydney) - only goes to one extension Press 2: (Regional/Newcastle) - three extension plus Office (Shaun/Aamir phone) (DELETE 4 RINGS THEN GO TO EXTENSION 93) (Calls go in the queue - 10 calls at a time) 12AM TO 08AM - calls received at 132873 then diverted to0285790098 Manual DND (in case of emergency/disaster) Call received 132873 Calls diverted to 0285790098
