Access Control Solution - Visitors System:

To whom it may concern; My name is Dwayne, Managing Director of Deltrolux Pty Ltd. We build data centres and integrate security solutions to corporate buildings and residential estates, i am specifically looking for someone to assist with the following APP: details to be discussed however the idea is below; An app that integrates to our access control system, push and pull information for reports as well as provide access to gates by enrolling visitors etc. i want to use a handheld device to scan visitors details, capture the details on our database and apply access to that person e.g. at my esate, Rick comes to visit me, he must have 2 options to enter the estate; 1. the resident uses his App on his phone to pre-aurothrise Rick so when he gets to the gate, the guard asks Rick where is he going, type his stand number in the app and see he is pre-authorised and scan his license and vehicle disk, scans his fingerprint and Rick can enter the estate and leave - one entry one exit (the feature must be flexible, either 24 hours etc. depending on the client SOP). 2. Rick arrives unannounced at the estate and has to to enrolled, similar process however from the app you can dail the resident to confirm that Rick may enter once confirmed by resident the process continues. Other features are required which relate to the app and this is a time-specific project as we need to roll-out asap. I need someone that understands access control, integration, databases as we have different systems. Looking forward finding a partner and a long-term relationship as we will need multiple development with all our other security systems as well.
