I want to hire a person who test various android apps (on his smartphone or any virtual machine) and suggest me best app for a particular functionality on regular project basis. Right now this project is for - Searching best working android app (free or max Rs 460 / $7 if paid- lifetime price) by which we can change our voice during a call through our own local SIM / number + VOIP number. It should give voice options of many males & females. Ideally should have option to modify some parts of sound (any 3) like - frequency,Hertz,pitch,loudness,decibels,amplitude,wavelength
