Android / IOS Mobile App need

Hello, We need an ios app for a think tank center with rss link and push notifications control panel. It is already available on Apple's app store, however, it is not compatible with apple's latest ios. We don't have the source code for neither version. However, we currently have an functional android version of the same app that could be used as a reference. We need a good mobile app developer to recreate/develop the app to be compatible with IOS 11 and above. Following are our conditions : 1. release of the project full amount once the project is completed and APPROVED by us and by Apple's app store. 2. coding must comply with apple recommendation 3. we require 6 months free bugs support. 4- The deliverables should include the source code.
