I want an app that will allow our agents to indicate whether they are available or not and where they are so we can route bond assignments to the closest available agent. I would also like them to be able to take photos of bond paperwork and upload it to the main office. Finally, I would like the app to keep track of how much each agent makes off each bond. I also want an app our customers can download to make payments on their accounts. If they could communicate with our office staff, that would be a plus but not essential.
