4 Changes to Android App + 9 changes to PHP Back End

I want to make the following changes to my mobile app and PHP Back End Admin Panel: 1) Enable Discussion Feature on APP so users can create topics, edit and post. Other users can comment, reply, like or dislike. Admin approves first before it shows. 2) Create a Report button to include subject, image or video and text to go to Admin. 3) Gallery Feature on APP. Video and picture upload from Admin. Add comment, Like, Dislike 4) Address and Phone number to be added to registration. 5) Change 3 screens. Admin Side 1) Add Day/Week/Month filter to logs and map at back end so that only selected date would show. 2) Allow change of sequence of App menus (e.g move menu 5 to position 4, move menu to 7 3) Create menu to Add menus which show on app from current set of menus already there. Enable hide or unhide menu options 4) Enable Admin and Sub Admin rights. Currently has only Admin 5) Clone 1 app menu to show 5 times 6) Some menus are on app, Enable Add adtiional menu option. 7) Improve general look of Admin Panel. 8) Verify email feature This budget is between $100 - $150 and is expected to be done within 2 days.
