Background Project
We are working with delivery company, we need to improve delivery process, actually we have 25 motorcycles to delivery and 2 locations with call center, location 15 has 10 and location 2 has 7, we are considering have one application web for call center and another Android app for every motorcycle driver, main process are next:
Call center, Customer call to ask a service to delivery and operator ask to customer address to validate what location is closer to attend order considering isoline process, after that operator in call center need to validate what motorcycle is available to delivery in the screen making less time to delivery in case that is in the respective location or if is out location in delivery process considerer arrive to locations first to collect products , considering that every motorcycle has a smart phone with GPS.
Delivery Drivers, drivers are divided on two locations, all of them have smart phone main process to use is to received order, confirm delivery and validate location to attend order depend on status: available, on way to delivery, on way to location, location need to send every minute to call center web application on call center to know status to assign a new order using GPRS trough carrier in
México, finally after received order or order applications have to give maps and instructions to arrive address to delivery.
You have to considerer next, in low demand of orders, we can delivery 1 or 2 order but in high demand we need to considerer 3 or 4 orders considering that every order don´t have to take more than 30 minutes to deliver since call center received order until motorcycle delivery order in address confirmed so we need to use matrix routing to validate better option to attend order in lower time considering traffic information to estimate time to delivery is agree with punctuality policy.
In México google maps doesn´t have good coverage and quality attributes for street name, address number, zip code and street sense is not very accurate to locate order so, we need to develop both application using Here Map API´s (https://developer.here.com)

We have received more than 60 proposal for this website and other one, we really did not expect this participation for this reason, to have more time to evaluate with more detail proposals, we decided to extend date to make decision so we will confirm next week our decision, in the middle time we will contact you pending technical points to solve and to review questions also review proposal with more detail so we will contact you.
