develop an application for me

I want to develop an application for college student and competitor for college students have 4 year and 8 semester and they always need of Handwritten notes so I have all subjects and all semesters subject PDF which is handwritten notes I want to develop an application and save all those handwritten notes on that application which will help to all those students who want to learn and read online but I don't want that any student can download that notes because if the download so I can't earn money after they delete that application so that should only blouse on that same application which I want to develop. in that application I want to provide a important website link, log in and sign up option , and link this application to my YouTube account and my website I want to add videos about education I want to have a notification section to send notification all those signed up students, And more things about student. I want to make it application professionally.
