develop both : IOS and Android Augmented Reality (AR) app with 3d modeling

Please, read carefully. do not accept or approach if you are not capable.. I have a book of children that I need some pages of it to be riched with augmented reality. the book is about a rabbit and I need the reader (kids) to have fun with the printed material by using IOS and Android apps to play simple interactive games based on the characters (attached) and to see some scenario of the talk tween the characters which we need to have them in 3D. so, the work will include (I guess): - convert these 5 characters to 3D (you can hire someone on your own. but you need my approval on the result as I need professional 3D work) - develop\use simple kid interactive well known game but put one of the characters to be the hero or the legend and associate that game with one of the book pages (markers to have AR) - do AR with a page of a book that has this simple game: there are many objects in the page and the kids will tap on specific ones based on the direction (voice will be provided) once the kid pass, a win sound or flag or a voice will be on develop a simple matching game (AR) with one of the book pages where the kids will match an object with another ( drag and drop) the kids need to do the right matching. of course the main character should be in this game do AR with 4 pages with one of characters to have simple scenario like say some comments/cry/move/ ..etc ( the sound will be provided) after all, upload all files into both : android and ios store so that people can downloald and enjoy reading the book. please, do not accept or propose untill you are able to do all of the above with the limited budget!
