Hello We are looking something similar to this app -> Chicisimo ( Google Play) with some new UI ideas e.g. Swipe photos like tinder etc. Tech - Ionic Framework, Angular JS, MongoDB ..or Native Android We have a sample PhotoSharing app which is to be modified or you can create a completely new native app ( within same budget) or you can work as assistant ( consultant developer) who will work remotely & available for atleast 4-6 hrs daily (all weekdays or weekends).
