I need An Android, iOS Quiz Arcade App built

I need an android and IOS quiz app with an admin panel where all the questions and categories could be added from the admin panel. User could be viewed, monitored and edited from admin panel.
It should contain all the major ad types (interstitial, banner, video) there should be reward interstitial and video ads for varying points. There should be either a video or interstitial ad after every quiz.
There should be a leaderboard which carries or moves people up or down each week. There should be a way you could search and add friends to your circle. There should also be a way you could choose the level of studies you would want to pick eg. Basic, Secondary, Tertiary. There should also be achievements.
One should be reminded daily with notifications to access the app in order to keep the streak going. There should be a daily streak counter. Once a level or stage has been completed one should be reminded after a period to go over a random test of that same level to keep the knowledge fresh.
User should have the option to buy the app to remove ads or being able to download its content onto the phone.
