I have a web application in this application I have image upload or you can take a picture if you want. And my application is using google maps API too. I need to put this web application on Android Application you can do this by iframe. ([login to view URL]) If the user change the application like go to what´s app my app need to continue working in background because my application send geolocation. If the user is open in my application the cellphone screen needs to screen on all the time.
