Our application is built in Ionic 3but we need to enable Push Notifications (With Low Latency) through Firebase and Pubnubor some another provider to get no delay between the Send and Receive Event on every Push Notification. If the App is in background mode, the user must receive a push notification with a bell or a panic sound. If the App is in foreground mode, a message must appears in the screen. This logic is implemented but we need someone checking the configuration because hat was working, and suddenly crashed.
