Robot App for android

We make robots and we need a basic app to comunicate with our robots. Basically our robot have API REST that can be used to comunicate with the robot. Our robots have a camera and we need also to show the streaming video from camera to the app. the streaming video can be accessed on the internet using a web link The basic requirements are: 1) build an app for android 2) show the streaming robots video to the app 3) set the robot configuration parameters, more less 20 parameter that are a mix of yes/no parameters, some value parameters and some parameters that have a list of possible values 4) a set of push buttons that can be used to send action to the robot like go forward, rotate to left, rotate to right etc. 5) a dashboard that show some value from the robot like battery level, velocity, some object distance ecc. 6) the communication from the app and the robot will be based on API REST that use security token to connect to a gateway on internet. 7) all the parameters can be managed by API REST As deliverable we want to receive an Android - Developer Tools project with the code and all the assets to compile the app.
