Hello and thank you for interest in this project. This project must be completed in 30 days and will require a huge effort by your team. I have a UX/UI developer who will guide development and I have created a SRS to guide function and feature development. Some will say that this is an impossible task but I am hopeful that the correct inspired team can pull this off. Our retail store is under construction now and will be open within 5 weeks. I must have a system for operating the store by then. They key Functional system that must be developed include:
• Registration System
• Appointment/Schedule System
• Treatment Menu System
• Client Communication System
• Wellness System
• Retail Product System
• Payroll System
• POS System
• Marketing System
• KPI Reporting System
The timing of the deliverables can be prioritized AND we can use integrations to handle certain functions as long as the UX/UI hooks maintain the brand. For example, we can use a simple integration like square to handle purchases. We can use Twilio for communication.
I am looking for a top development team with OUTSTANDING client communication and project coordination. My UX/UI team member will be available as much as needed and many digital assets have already been produced.
WHO IS UP FOR THIS UNREASONABLE CHALLENGE? WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY? THE AWARDED TEAM WILL RECEIVE A $10,000 BONUS IF THE PROJECT IS DELIVERED BY OCTOBER 31.
I would prefer this project to be billed hourly but I am flexible. My maximum budget for this project is $30,000. or $40,000 if delivered by October 31.
I expect this first version to be a web application however, my staff will be using tablets in the store to manage the business. A responsive design that looks like a native app would be ideal. Ultimately, this will be a native app but I believe the system can be built more quickly using a web app.
The technology must demonstrate task AUTOMATION. Specifically, there will be certain marketing and scheduling tasks where the SYSTEM is automatically triggered to perform a function without any interaction from store owners or staff. One example of this would be if there is an opening in a schedule. Lets say a client cancels an appointment on October 5th at 2 pm. The SYSTEM must see that opening automatically and immediately start sending emails AND text messages to customers using certain rules. For example, it will only send messages to customers we haven't seen in 30 days to let them know of the appointment. The idea is we don't want to harass our customers with text messages. AUTOMATION of operational tasks is a critical part of this application.
