The Supplier Associate dedicated to serving Customers works as part of a fun, energetic and diverse call center team.
You will be providing excellent customer service via phone in matters dealing with account related questions. There may be opportunities to provide customer service through email and secure Live Chat as well.
Provide assistance to online Customers by answering phone calls
Identify and provide guidance to customers on basic technical issues with website and mobile platforms
Resolve and process information associated with client accounts
Research and analyze complicated concerns to correct/minimize problems
Candidate Should Possess:
Proven strong customer service and relationship building ability
Proven, excellent analytical skills (yes, that means math)
Ability to effectively communicate complex terms and processes in an easy to understand and professional manner
Ability to understand, comply, maintain and reinforce regulatory and firm policies and procedures/guidelines
Proven expertise and in Microsoft Desktop Operations systems (Windows 7, WindowsXP, Apple Mac OS X).
To be successful in this role you need to be someone who is self-motivated; enjoys doing rese and learning. You must enjoy talking to people, as almost every day you’ll have to make a strong case for your research and recommendations, both written and verbal.
