Write some Software

The purpose of this project - Develop a software that can be downloaded into all sorts of clients including desktop computers with all sorts of major browsers and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) with all sorts of app and web browsers. And the software is used to block access to social media websites and messaging programs such as online chat via a browser of any kind or any app. (in this case, social kind of app is to be blocked). Background: The social media and online messaging systems can be very toxic to the youth. Kids can be addicted to the online experience and this can be bad for their school work and a NORMAL life. Parents often find it hard to direct their kids with an application software as proposed here. There is no good software available to block access to major social media and messaging programs/App. (some software does not allow you to block access to social media websites like facebook) The application requirements: The software should be simple to use. The user should be able to use keywords to block access to those undesirable websites or programs. That is, kids who type an internet address with a forbidden keyword will find no access to the destination. The software also disable all major messaging app like snapchat etc. The user can specify the duration for certain keywords (conditional access). In case, a desirable site blocked because of a keyword can be unlocked and given special permission for access for a specified time period. In terms of APP, the software can used to disable and enable the availability of all social APP for a specified time period. The software can be installed and uninstalled in mobile phones and all sorts of computers. It does not require users to register to be able to use it. I consider this a simple project, but bid according to your actual cost for developing the software.
