xamarin audio video player

I need a xamarin version of my current application Need xamrin form highly compatible with andriod and ios This application should be able to download files using web server or connect to a local database on the same network through tcp/ip. This application should also use sqlite to retrieve the course information it downloaded earlier. This application should be also able to play audio files and video files downloaded from the webserver This application should have a login screen , a menu, video player and a close button In total only 3 forms Code should be well commented and there should be a document to help developer starting to code in xamarin The player will download files from server and store the local path in sqllite It will use sqllite to play the video's and audio
