I require a Moodle expert to help me design a LMS using Moodle which I have already installed on our network server. It is a competency based training program and requires assessments which can be either uploaded as pdf's (which the administrator signs off) or done interactively through the moodle platform and then signed off by the supervisor. There are 3 levels and some of the assessments need to be completed before the trainee can move to the next level. Plus I want to be able to administrate this myself moving forward.
