Create a Private Test Server

Hello :D I wish to make an Aion Private Test Server. I really need this to be done but I am mainly looking for an admin (long term partnership) to admin the server with me. I have a team of staff members. I am about to buy my license for domain homepage. I also need a forum. This is a test server that will eventually be made public and run on donations (people donate for expensive gear/weapons.) So with that being said we will profit from it. It will take time. But I'm hoping someone would want to admin it with me and be patient until everything is developed? You need to download the game client. I have some guides if you need help. Thanks :D There is no payrate at the moment but the server will make a lot of money in the future once everything is fully developed. Must speak good english and MUST use skype. Anyone out there?
