Create MSAccess Database backend

I have created a simple database to allow management of enquiries from agents and view via a hyperlink documents held in a folder that correspondence in an incremental folders called 1,2,3 etc. I require somebody to create an SQL backend, and also the ability to save these folders online, either securely on the back of a website or (and preferably) in a Sharepoint folder. There are only two users, being me and my Partner who works from a separate address. I have uploaded the msaccess database- it is quite simple with three Tables (at this stage).
