Document Processing / Data Matching / Artificial Intelligence / Block Chain

Looking to employee many people to complete this project. Have defined the many different kinds of skills required below Please let me know if you have one or more of the skills below. I am also looking for recommendations of libraries and API services that can help with the work described below.. please let me know if you want to provide that info only or if you intend to use such a libraries or API service The areas I am looking for people and libraries / API services are: A) Systems that allow people to load document on to a server and get a receipt B) Email processors that take emails and save the attachments to file system C) OCR systems that can scan a document (say in invoice) and put the info into a database; eg Invoice Number, Supplier, Address, Email, Invoice items etc D) OCR systems that use Artificial Intelligence to recognize Invoice Number, Supplier, Address, Email, Invoice items etc E) Encryption of documents F) Validation of data using variety of government and other info providers; eg checking the business is registered on a company register G) Reconciliation systems, data matching systems; eg Reconciliation of a sales teams travel expenses; so would validate Airline Tickets, Fuel Tickets, Accounting System Records, Expense authorities and other information to make sure all the items are reconciled an in the accounting ledger H) Artificial Intelligence in relation to Reconciliation systems; so identify something that is out of the ordinary with travel expenses I) User Interface for users that show the reconciliation issue and allows easy input for humans to complete the last part of a reconciliation J) Database design on a document management / reconciliation system as defined above H) Using Block Chain approaches for reconciliation purposes (not trading value examples; eg coins) We are open to any development environment but our current platform is LAMP / Node.JS Please respond with a quick (not a long detailed response) reply as: * what Skill (A,B,C,D, etc) you have * Your understanding of that skill * what examples you have done of that skill * what libraries / API services are you planning to use ( Please do the above for each skill you can provide) * what hourly rate are you looking for * how many hours a week you have available Looking forward to forming a team to get this project going.
