I need someone to create a registration form in asp.net. I'll provide the questions that should be included on the form and the database that the results should be stored in. It should be completed in ASP.Net 1.0. I'll send the database which is an Access database with a password on it. The form should save the results in the database. Email the results to myself and then redirect the user to a page which I will specify. This needs to be turned around by 6pm PST. This is in a little over 5 hrs. Don't bid if you can't make this deadline.
