I have a high traffic website, around 10 million monthly pageviews, and the error log is currently being spammed with hundreds of these errors
2017/03/26 15:11:52 [error] 964#964: *84800 connect() to unix:/var/run/php/[url removed, login to view] failed (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) while connecting to upstream, client: [url removed, login to view], server: [REMOVED].com, request: "GET /example-url/4 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/[url removed, login to view]:", host: "[REMOVED].com", referrer: "http://[REMOVED].com/example-url/3"
The server is a 4GB AWS machine running Ubuntu 14.04.

Hi. I know what is the problem, it can be unoptimal configuration and your server do not use all the resources or may be it have not enough performance and you will need to optimize your app or some other systems.
This appears to be caused by a dead fpm service. There could be other reasons for it too. I will be able to further troubleshoot this problem once I get access to this server.
