Job Description:
We have an AI text generation requirement for a client who runs a clinic. They have input from patients and staff in the form of multiple-choice questions and responses (e.g., Q - What is your gender? A - Male). From these questions and responses, they would like to create a summary paragraph.

In the Excel sheet, you can see the questions in Column C and the possible responses in Column D. From Feature-9 to Feature 25 (excluding Feature 13), these are dropdown single-select responses which the user chooses on a web form and the Excel sheet is generated. From the responses in column E, the medical scriber dictates a letter seen in cell E46, titled "Story". We want to use text generation AI to create these stories.
FAQ
What are the types of responses?
Most responses in column E are drop down responses however, there are a few ORs. On column A, you can see "OR," which stands for "Open Response." This means the user can enter text without restrictions.
Who fills the response?
Staff fill Features 1 to 6, and Patients fill Features 7 and onward.
What are 9001 and 9002?
These are the case numbers; each number represents an individual patient.
Do we have to create a UI?
Yes. We can design a GUI interface that enables users to generate stories seamlessly with just the press of a button. It could be as simple as having an input form and a “Generate Letter” button to generate the desired text or ‘story’.
What are the deliverables?
The two deliverables are: 1. Accurate ‘story’ generation with more than 90% accuracy and 2. A user-friendly interface for users to fill in their responses and generate a story.
