Trilogy offers a complete concierge center to assist dealers by immediately responding to prospect inquiries and by scheduling appointments for customers to visit the dealership.<br /><br />As a remote Trilogy Automotive concierge, you will be expected to speak with customers in a fast-paced, web-based call center. You will be responsible for outbound calls to customers requesting information on vehicles and scheduling them to see the car at the dealership. You don’t have to worry about performing any cold calls because all customers will have already expressed interest in our services before being transferred to you. Our concierge agents must have outstanding communication skills, exceptional English, a friendly personality, and reliable high-speed internet.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Call customers to schedule dealership appointments<br />Maintain web-based records<br />Work in tandem with the concierge team through Skype<br />Work an 8 hour shift with a 30 minute break<br /><br />Requirements<br />Must be 18 years of age or older<br />High School Diploma/GED<br />Perfect English - American Accent<br />Skype experience<br />Excellent phone communication skills<br />General computer skills - ability to type, navigate the Internet, and use Skype<br />Customer service experience<br />Call center experience a plus<br />Retail dealer experience desired<br />Must be able to work nights and weekends<br /><br />Reliable high-speed Internet<br />Computer with microphone<br />Quiet setting with little to no background noise to perform calls<br /><br />Requirements that make you eligible for upward mobility<br />Some college, college in progress, or a college degree<br />Fluency in Spanish or a second language<br /><br />This role may be a great fit if:<br />You are highly dependable<br />You thrive in a fast-paced environment<br />You have a friendly voice and amiable personality<br />You are outgoing and make people feel comfortable<br />You are assertive<br />You excel with repetition<br /><br />We’re one of the few legitimate companies offering high-paying jobs that are 100% remote, work from home.
