I have a few words of advice for you. I have been using OrCAD/Allegro for many years... and about a year ago I was going to convert over to Eagle. I immediately needed to create a slot for a USB connector -- but found that it could not be done. I was shocked that a simple thing like a slot was not supported. You may also at some point be disappointed with Eagle for other holes in its offering. On the upside -- OrCAD/Allegro has come down in price very significantly over the years. 15 years ago -- that tool was sold for 20 to 25 thousand dollars. Today, you can get the basics for 900US - this is a one time charge I am told. That is a bargain after you use it for a few years. If you would like - I'll hook you up with the bootlegged version of OrCAD/Allegro. Freelancer.com needs to get their cut -- so I'll do this for the $30 and get you going if you want to take things in that direction. I have been using the newest OrCAD 17.2 version for well over a year now -- it's solid. It can't integrate as easily into Fusion360 -- but you can work up 3D modeling in it and export that to a .step file. So you can import 3D files into Fusion but you would not be able to go back and forth from the 3D domain to the circuit board domain. FYI --- I use the DevKitC_V4 myself all the time. I have laid out circuit boards for the ESP32-WROOM32.
