4 characters - 3 Seconds each horror animation

Hello, I need very short animations of 4 characters (3 seconds for each character shown from the shoulders up). These animations will jump up into frame and scream. The animations will need to move quickly into the frame and open their months as they scream at the viewer. I have sketches of each character that will be provided. I need these animations to be lifelike and I would like the animator to include a unique screaming sound synced to each character. Finally, I will need the characters presented in a couple graphics file as well (Ex. png, jpeg, etc.) 2 static drawings for each character. Please be sure to include portfolio examples or previous animation work. This is a quick project, so I will establish a single milestone payment upon completion.
