Photoshop These Photos

I am preparing some still photographs to be included in a 1-minute YouTube video. I need some modifications done on the attached photos to create three new images. All finished photos should be high resolution. 1. The first involves inserting the attached "stop" symbol onto the image of the attached pill bottles. 2. The second involves creating a horizontal (landscape) image from the attached foot photo with the frown drawn on it. Remove the shadowing on the right side of the image and create a white background for the wider photo. 3. The third involves merging the elements of three attached photos. Start with the photo of the foot with a hand massaging it. Remove the background elements and create a white background in a wider (landscape) format that will make it suitable for video. Next add the product image of the bottle labelled "Neuro One" and insert it on the the right-hand side of the foot-and-hand image. Finally, take the smiling cream elements and insert them onto the bottom of the foot, as in the example attached. The man's foot being massaged should ultimately have the cream as a smiling face on the center of the exposed foot and the Neuro One product standing on the right.
