Create Interactive Excel spreadsheet for Wordpress

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I want to install on a Wordpress site page. The spreadsheet needs to be interactive and permanently retained for each user. The data needs to be stored separately for each user as this is a members site. The spreadsheet has approximately 35 columns and 45 rows. Several of the rows will be duplicated several times. This is a fairly simple spreadsheet and most of the calculations are just totals. There is some color and line formatting in the fields. I will provide the spreadsheet file to bidders that I feel can do the job.
