I need a custom form for a beauty consultant. It is a questionnaire which helps users to select the colors that work best for their hair, skin and eye colors. There are about 10 questions, which graphics and options for each question. Another developer has already started the project and done the first three steps, so you should be to use his code to finish this much faster than starting from scratch. I have attached the brief as a word document, so you will need to read first before bidding. I am also happy to chat to answer any questions.

Hi The project looks really interesting. I have check the description document and checked the current status of it. There are a few changes that I plan to make to make it work better. The last developer's notes say that we should use sessions and normal server request for steps (back and next) however I would use a more sophisticated way so that the transition between steps is faster and looks more cool. Another thing I want to discuss is that you talked about [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] etc however in the demo/current work done I see only one page. So what are these html pages? Are they just fictional page names to differentiate the steps or do you have the dummy/prototype html/css already created? Thanks
