I need a web browser based software (php) where I can import lists via csv files with first name, last name and phone number in various formats. For example I want to be able to send bulk messages with my twilio account to these numbers using (firstname) and (lastname) placeholder tags. I would like to be able to send the SMS immediately or schedule it by date and time (hh:mm).
