Add modifications to the current websites and some other edits

I am looking only for magento experts. This job can be done in one or max 2 days. My website: www.dewstem.com. 1.) We need to add forms on the right and add-on products at the bottom. The display should be exactly like: [login to view URL] 2.) Mega Menu slider, each category should show their own products. It is right now showing something else. 3.) Home page slider is not working. 4.) Footer links do not work. They work only on the home page.
