Add "world cities array" to my Wordpress site

I have a wordpress site for dating (I will share details in private). When a user creates his profile, it asks for his country. When he selects his country, a drop down of all of the states for that country appear. There is not city option however. I need the same thing to happen, only after selecting the state, a list of all cities in that state appear.
